描述：
连续的生物质气化炉装置如用于非停止气化生物质废弃物：

气化炉植物的各个部分放在标准容器，所以不需要安装，任何建筑物和基础。

技术：
气化厂运作模式是完全连续的类型，它可以工作 24 小时 365 天。
工厂生产能力是 1-2 吨原料每小时 （24-48 吨 / 日），这取决于原始的 material(waste) 和它的水分的类型。
气化厂已连续送料原料和连续放电炭黑残留。
装置的原理基于技术的高温热解过程的进一步冷却和清洁的沼气。高温度沼气云乱掷集分离器、 洗涤器、 冷凝器、 冷却和清洗。气体的一小部分总是热反应堆。外部燃料 （取暖油） 是只有一次启动需要持续的过程。气化厂使用间接加热方法。

Specification Gasifier
Loading and Drying module: screw continuous dryer, exhauster, smoke pipes set, water scrubber, water pump.
Gasification module: sealed gate valve(x2), screw pyrolysis reactor set, indirect heating furnace, speed reducer and motor(x2), biogas burners (6 unit), high pressure blowers (2 unit), oil burner, gas pipe set, compensator (x2), carbon black cooling and discharging system.
Cooling and cleaning module: gas-heavy oil separator, heat exchanger(x2), heavy oil tank(x2), water sealing tank, heavy oil pump, gas blower.

Also we can provide equipment to reduce moisture of raw material to 40-30% and crushing to the size 30x30 mm.
